Upcoming Volunteering Opportunities

URGENT:  Volunteers needed for AP Proctoring: May 1st to May 11th
To sign up, click on the link:

(Please note that parents cannot volunteer in the room where their child or any relative is taking the test)

Every year PTSA supports the AP exams by way of providing proctors.
Due to a large number of students taking these exams, multiple proctors are needed for these two weeks.

Volunteers will assist with student check-in, distribution/collection of exam material and general supervision.  Training will be provided and help will be available during the volunteering shift.

We highly encourage parents of the students taking these tests to support us.

Partial shifts available: if you are unable to volunteer for the entire shift.
Select the test and indicate your time availability on the form.
Extra help needed for student check-in: from 7:15 am to 8:15 am.
